A Weekend of Profound Rest and Deepening of Your Practice

Unplug from the demands of daily life and join us for 4 days and 3 nights in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, for a complete immersion into rest and rejuvenation.

Our long weekend rounding retreat is masterfully designed to provide you with the time to release deep-rooted stress and fatigue with industrial strength meditation - a practice that paves the way for accelerated progress into higher states of consciousness and bliss.

When you come away with us, you'll enhance your meditation experience and connect with a community of meditators, all while learning the powerful technique of Rounding, which you'll be able to integrate into your meditation program at home.

You'll receive nourishing chef prepared Ayurvedic meals designed to support your rounding practice and you'll leave the retreat with greater clarity and inspiration to step into the next chapter of life.

The depth and immersive experience of this long weekend retreat of rounding is equivalent to about 6 months of daily meditation. All Vedic meditators from beginner through advanced are invited to attend this rounding retreat.

The Rounding Technique

The practice of Rounding (also known as Industrial Strength Meditation) involves a sequence of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation. The effects of this combination are powerful yet the sequence of Rounding itself is gentle.  A rounding retreat provides an opportunity to complete multiple rounds in a day which paves the way for deeply rooted release of stress. All ages and body types can easily practice this program with modifications available if necessary.

*For students wishing to attend Initiator Training with Thom Knoles, this rounding retreat meets the High Rounding prerequisite.

Christine O.

"Rounding has been a welcome addition to my practice. I appreciate the gentle sequencing leading up to meditation, and I’ve also found it to be an ease full way of starting the morning or ending a workday.

Since learning rounding, I’ve experienced both deeper meditations as well as moments of intense stress release.

I look forward to my practice each day even more, knowing that I’m taking the time for myself so that I can be the best version of myself.”

Vince C.

"Emily and David opened their home to us for a weekend rounding retreat. It is a warm and welcoming space where we shared food, stories, and laughter. They truly embody the knowledge they teach which is filled with compassion, wisdom, and guidance. It was a really amazing weekend which I will forever remember with great fondness!"
